In your first consultation you can expect to receive an allergy diagnosis (if required), an organ health-assessment using kinesiology (muscle testing), and a treatment programme using homeopathy, natural medicine and nutritional guidelines.  Alex has been treating allergies, Candida and digestive problems for over seven years.  She qualified as an allergy practitioner with The British Institute for Allergy & Environmental Therapy and as a homeopath at the Centre for Homeopathic Education.  Alex has completed the Omega Training course in nutritional kinesiology with Chris Astill-Smith of Metabolics.

 

Alex applies a naturopathic approach in treating ailments.  Using kinesiology as her diagnostic tool Alex will:

• assess your health to establish what foods or substances might be causing your allergies or intolerances
• test for the presence of parasites, viruses, bacterial infections, chemical or metal toxicity, and yeast overgrowth which might be compromising your immune system
• review your major organ systems to see if any further support is needed to aid your recovery to full health

You will leave with a clear idea of what the cause of your problems is and a detailed treatment program, which may include supplements, minerals, herbs and homeopathic remedies to restore you to optimal health.  You will also receive dietary advice and know which foods you should be either avoiding or including in your diet. 

Alex is a leading specialist in treating Candida and IBS, eczema, asthma, ME/Chronic Fatigue, hormonal imbalances and children’s ailments.
