Quality in organic cultivation
Whilst organically cultivated herbs have become more widely available in response to increasing demand, this is still no guarantee that the overall quality is improving. Genetic stock and soil type count for just as much as cultivation technique. By whatever means one uses to assess quality - usually biochemical or organoleptic, some organic produce shows little improvement over wildcrafted or non-organically certified cultivated produce. We have consequently reviewed our quality assessment processes, and have become more selective over our organic suppliers. Our new range has come about as the first fruits of our improved selection process.

We are also constantly reviewing the specifications of our manufactured products, such as tinctures, in the light of ongoing research. An example of this is our decision to manufacture Milk Thistle tincture using 60% ethanol. See our research notes for further information.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL

All our products are now despatched for next delivery. If the courier cannot deliver – you are not in or away - they should always leave a note, and make a second attempt to deliver the following day. Failing that your goods will be left at your nearest post office or parcel depot.

If you tell us your email address you will get notification of exactly when your parcel goes out, including any information on items that are temporarily out of stock.

Giving us a daytime phone number that can be attached to the parcel is useful, so they can contact you if they have any problems finding you.
