I originally trained as a homeopath/herbalist in 1994 after a riding accident. I did my alexander technique training at the same time for my back pain. In 2001 I qualified as a Human Givens counsellor to help my patients psychologically as well as with herbs and remedies and the combination of these skills is proving to be very effective for helping people with all sorts of conditions   from depression and anxiety to digestive disorders, PMS and skin complaints.
